Chef patron Chris Galvin’s restaurant on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane has a unusually prosaic name for a purveyor of modern French haute cuisine. Its key attraction (after the food, of course) is the floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views across Hype Park and south-west London.
